Al and Lynnette Horn are co-proprietors of Horn's Bar & Grill and present themselves as the barkeep and barmaid of this establishment. Horn's Bar & Grill is a website of short stories, flash fiction, poetry, and essays. It's name came from a novel in progress; and like the novel, is under constant revision.
The barkeep is fairly new to writing. He writes sci-fi, speculative fiction, and humor. He's hoping this will be his year for that first sale.
The barmaid has been around the block a time or two. She has a background in community journalism with a degree in Communications from Maryville University. Her work has appeared in Flashquake, Poetry Midwest, Voyages, Progressive Woman Magazine and Mid Rivers Review. |
